One week down, not sure how many to go - maybe 2, maybe 2 1/2. Doesn't matter, have a beautiful new daughter we get permanent custody of on Friday. We've been spending the time we can't be at the orphanage exploring Moscow, learning the Metro, and having lots of adventures. I'll try and post some pictures of where we've been the last week - it's a beautiful city with lots to see and do... it's just a really cold place to go and see and do. Thank the good Lord for coats, hats, hoods, gloves, and scarves (and hot chocolate).
Feeling very blessed to be in a clean, safe, comfortable room on the quiet side of the hotel, with my best friend/hubby by my side. Our 20th wedding anniversary is on the 29th of this month - kind of feels like a second honeymoon with the best gift ever at the end... Anya! (And we don't even have to wait nine months... ha ha)
Katie and the 'rents seem to be doing well. I am so thankful to have my parents there with her and our fuzzy kiddos, too. Mom and Dad are such a tremendous blessing - I really hope they decide to move to Missouri!!
All for now - Pushkin Fine Art Museum, Cathedral of Christ our Savior, and Red Square tomorrow. Anya again on Monday!! Love to all!
