Fingerprints, etc.

Well, back to the drawing board on the fingerprints - Shawn's were accepted, mine were not (not good enough impressions). Went to our local police station today, and they were too busy, so hope that the next one will be able to do them. The kicker is that it is taking up to 10 weeks to process the prints. Oh well, this is definitely not new territory. The really good news is that the US-Russian talks went well today, and that adoptions will continue. They meet again May 12th to discuss a formal agreement.

Pray for us next Tuesday - our Russian representative is going to the Ministry of Education to see if we've been matched. Feels like too much to hope for - but then does that rob us of the joy of anticipation? Not sure, but I know we'll be waiting Tuesday and Wednesday for news. Blessings to all!
