Hope and Faith

Well, Russia issued 6 visas on Monday... very good news. It seems that things are running normally at this time, and the Foreign Minister has softened his language to 'may suspend' if communication does not begin between the U.S. and Russia on new policies for intercountry adoption. This is a very different tone from a week ago. So, we continue to pray and have a cautious hope that things will progress as they were initially. We emailed our adoption counselor to see if there is a waiting child list for Russia (after reading Anna's story, we had to inquire!). We'll keep you updated.
