Summertime...

Apparently, the government folks get 30+ days of vacation in Russia, and they enjoy taking it in the summer (just as we would enjoy doing!). Unfortunately, this slows down all of the processes in the Ministry of Education, where they create the referrals. Prayers please for expediency for them, patience for us, and protection over our new little one (whoever and wherever she may be - so glad God knows her name, her face, and her heart).
